This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.

  • $250 per co-ed team
    • Minimum 3 females per team
    • No fewer than 3 females on the court for every game
    • Teams may have all females
    • Team maximum is 10 persons
    • Additional team members allowed at a cost of $20 each (payable at the gate)
  • Parking
    • Parking will be in the grass lot to the west of the main entrance.
    • Overflow parking will be at Duggan Contracting, 1130 Mid Rivers Industrial Dr.
    • Shuttle service will be provided for overflow parking.
  • Food & Drink
    • Food and beverages are available for purchase on site, proceeds benefiting the CCFR Community Outreach.
    • Participants are allowed to bring their own food & NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages.
    • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL allowed. Coolers and bags will be searched at the gate.
    • MUST BE 21 TO ENTER THE PROPERTY.
      • WE WILL BE CHECKING ID's AT THE GATE.
      • BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU OR WE WILL DENY ENTRY AND SEND YOU BACK FOR IT.
  • Other
    • Teams are encouraged to bring popup tents and chairs.
    • No seating is provided, unless you've purchased the VIP EXPERIENCE.
    • Cash and Credit/Debit cards accepted on site.

TEAM CAPTAINS

  • Remember to follow this link to fill out and submit your waiver (pre-event waivers available until 8:00 a.m. July 12).
  • Please do this BEFORE you complete the team registration section below.
  • Please forward this link to your players...ALL players must complete the waiver before participating in the event.
  • Doing this online before July 11 will save you time in line when you arrive.
  • This is an ADULTS-ONLY event. Must be 21 years of age to enter the property.
  • The VIP EXPERIENCE is $125/player.
  • Minimum 6 players per team ($750)
  • Maximum 10 players per team ($1250) for the VIP EXPERIENCE.
